ART OF CONNECTION WORKSHOPS

The Art of Connection has a wide reputation on the East Coast of Australia for bringing powerful, transformative & heart-opening connection experiences to a variety of events.  A.O.C give multilayered, deeply heart opening, embodied experiences that encourage people to move in the direction of unity. These experiences offer facilitated activities by Lauren Cuthbert (and optional live music) to unify groups of people, from all walks of life.

Over the past 5+ years, they have had the  privilege to share at festivals like Splendour in the Grass (NSW), Bluesfest Byron Bay (NSW), Earth Frequency (QLD), Zenfest (QLD), Freedom Fest (QLD) , Elements Festival (QLD) , Thrive (QLD) , Island Vibe Festival (QLD) , Pranafest (QLD) , Festival 23 (VIC) and The Returning (NSW)..
They have worked in collaboration with retreats such as; Karmic Journeys (India & Thailand), Love Out Loud (Italy & Australia), Wholehearted (Byron Bay) and more.. 

+ many community fundraising events.

The Art of Connection works in collaboration with live musicians & has had the pleasure of co-creating these embodied connection experiences with Josh Lovegrove, Paul A. George (Tijuana Cartel), Manoa, Dubarray, Seijin, Christian Di Marco, Raw Ordio, Andy V (Dub Fx), Pablo Laverde, & Tahlia Connie. The Live Music component to the Art of Connection experience is incredibly special and we would highly recommend opting for this option - though, we can still offer AOC with just facilitation as well. 

Experiences can be curated to be suitable to intimate workshop settings - to large closing & opening celebrations and ceremony's for events.
 
Using the magic of movement and sound to bring you into deeper connection with community, nature and the self ~ hundreds of people can testify to the synergistic flow of fun, connection, creativity & depth they have felt in an Art of Connection experience.
