ART OF CONNECTION MOVEMENT & MINDFULNESS SPACE
COOLUM BEACH

An ethical pay as you feel movement studio in Coolum Beach, Sunshine Coast, Australia.

Art of Connection was founded in 2018, with the Movement Space opening in Coolum Beach in 2021! After one of the most pivotal times in history with the pandemic, Lauren & Sass are clear that CONNECTION is essential now more than ever.

The Art of Connection values inclusivity, connection, wellbeing, liberation and expression. Our practices are grounded in wisdom, love and celebration of our fundamental sameness and diversity - on and off the mat. To us, yoga is a way of life.
We are excited to share this sacred practice with the Sunshine Coast, with intention for the greatest personal transformation and collective social/environmental awareness.

We acknowledge and pay respects to the first nations people of the land in which we live, work and breathe on - the Kabi Kabi and the Gubbi Gubbi people.
